Mel Woodcock HR Manager

Melanie (Mel) is Dunedin born and bred. She completed a bachelor of laws at Otago University and worked as a solicitor in Dunedin and then in Ireland until beginning a family. Since that time, Mel has trained as a Pilates instructor and runs her own business as well as co-founding a charity with her husband Geoff called freeslaves.org.

Mel joined Cargills as HR Manager in September 2021 and she is thrilled to be facilitating the valuable work opportunities that Cargills offers for people with disabilities.

Mel and Geoff live in Mosgiel with their four children. In her free time, Mel loves being in the outdoors, sharing coffee with friends and writing.
